Jacket Weather - Peaches In A Pod

Happy Friday and TGIF! I don’t know about you, but I am so glad that the weekend is finally here! On Wednesday’s post, I featured one of my favorite spring staples the military jacket, seen here. Today I am featuring another favorite, the denim jacket. Spring is just around the corner, and the first phase is what I like to call “jacket weather.” The first part of spring is still pretty chilly, so keeping a jacket with you is always a good idea. If you are interested in the other phases, they are: phase 2- yellow out, or the two weeks of pollen that we get followed by phase 3 commonly referred to as “Summer”. Yep, here in the South, we don’t get much of a spring. The change happens fast and before you know it, it’s hot as balls.

There are two things that I am currently obsessed with, so much so that I can feel Whitney’s eyes rolling when she reads the second one below, but I just can’t help myself!

Alexa: I know that you all probably have seen the hilarious Superbowl ads with Alec Baldwin and the Amazon Echo, but you guys I have been obsessed with this thing since my father in law got it this past fall. It’s the most amazing gadget, and I am dying to get my hands on one. It’s like having an electronic butler! I think I might be cashing in some credit card rewards and surprising my husband with it real soon.
Serial: Okay, I am definitely late to this game, but I finished the entire podcast in a week because I was so hooked. Thank you Sabrina for introducing it to me last year! If you have not checked out season one do it now. I have also been glued to Twitter for updates on the hearing that started last Friday dealing with this case. Whitney is ~~extremely~~ tired of hearing about it.
