What to wear to a tailgate

Surprise its me today! I couldn’t just let Blaire and Morgan have all the game day fun and since we are going to the Georgia vs Alabama game this weekend I thought I would sneak my outfit in. Red and black aren’t colors that I wear often, I’m much more of a navy blue girl. My husband says I probably should have gone to Auburn by the way I dress. So, putting together a Georgia game day worthy outfit can be a bit of a challenge. Thank goodness that Mud Pie has such adorable tailgate pieces. I am in love with this red and black geometric print dress. It’s perfect for fall because of the sleeves, but it’s lightweight so it’s not too hot. The stadium temps can be pretty high this time of year. All I really need to do is just slip on some booties and I’m good to go! I have been on the hunt for a black crossbody bag for a while now and I was so excited when I found this one from Vera Bradley. It’s perfect in both size and shape and will go with so many things this season. We tend to do a lot of walking around campus and downtown during game days, so it’s great for carrying all my stuff. The strap is adjustable, so if you are a shorty like me you can move it up so the bag won’t hang down to your knees, bonus! It also comes in red too!
