So I have a thing for polka dots. I absolutely love them and have quite a few polka dot dresses, rompers and shoes. This navy polka dot dress may be my favorite, maybe. I love it because it’s super lightweight and the sleeves allow it to transition throughout the seasons, because they aren’t too hot in the summer and they give you needed coverage in the fall and winter. I styled it with yellow accessories, because I can’t seem to get enough of my big yellow clutch this summer. I also wore it last spring when we were in Charleston for Fashion Week and styled it with brown seen here.

It’s been three months since my little boy was born, and to be honest, I’m still struggling with my weight. You all have been so kind with your encouraging words, but the truth is that I have a closet full of things that I’m not quite back into yet. I don’t want to buy a lot of new things only for them not to fit later on. In the meantime, I am going to focus on restyling my current wardrobe in different ways, so don’t be shocked when you see a few pieces on repeat. Shopping my closet isn’t always a bad thing, it’s reminding me of what I actually have and allows me to set goals for the pieces that I can’t get into yet. Oh, how I miss my AG Jeans! So please bear with me during this transitional time until I am back to my fighting weight (as my husband so eloquently calls it). It’s going to happen!.
Also, for all our cute pregnant followers, I finally posted a few maternity items on our @shoppeachesinapod instagram account. Make sure to check them out and I will be posting more soon!
