I thought the title of this post was very appropriate today not only because of this grey peplum top outfit that I am wearing, but because this week has been filled with grey clouds!  We have been getting massive thunderstorms everyday in the afternoon and evenings.  It will be sunny and beautiful and then ten minutes later, these ominous clouds come rolling in and all of a sudden it’s a Dorothy and Toto moment.  Very scary!

You guys I have had this  peplum top for a while, so when I walked right past it’s identical twin in the Gap the other day, a light bulb went off in my head.  I’ve styled this top so many different ways, but never for the summer.  I usually pair it with a navy cardigan and riding boots for the fall, and leather skinnies in the winter.  This would be such a versatile piece for fall, and it even comes in a navy and white striped version!  Whaaaaaaaat!  Go, go now, and thank me later!

    This is a beautiful look! The grey peplum top looks great with the denim. And, I love the sandals! I would love to trade you weather systems. We are getting rain, but haven’t had a great thunder and lightning storm in years!
